Tantoh's Passport

Farmer Tantoh recently attended an interview at the US Embassy to apply for training on organic farming as part of the Community College Initiative Programme (CCIP). Threehundred people applied in Cameroon and 20 were shortlisted and FarmerTantoh recently received the very good news that he was nominated as analternate for the programme.This means that if one of the two selected peopleis not able to join the programme, Farmer Tantoh will be able to join!This would be a fantastic opportunity for him. However, Farmer Tantoh has been advised to sort out his passport as he needs a new one to comply with US regulations and the estimated cost is about 600 USD including fees, translations, transport, accomodation etc...
